These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by GT Networks (“we”, “our”, “us”) to our customers (“you”, “your”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GT Networks provides a range of IT and networking services, including but not limited to:
Managed network services
Network installation and configuration
Wi-Fi deployment
Hosting services
Cloud services
IT consultancy
Technical support
Network monitoring
The exact services supplied will be confirmed within your quotation, proposal, service agreement or invoice.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
An order is accepted when:
you confirm acceptance of our quotation;
we receive payment where applicable; or
work begins on your request.
Unless stated otherwise:
prices are in Pounds Sterling (£);
VAT is charged where applicable;
prices may change without notice for future services.
Quoted project prices remain fixed unless the scope of work changes.
Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.
For project work we may request:
a deposit before work begins;
staged payments;
payment in full before completion.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
Where hosting services are supplied:
services are billed in advance;
subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled;
customers are responsible for backing up their own data unless a managed backup service has been agreed.
Although we aim for maximum uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require temporary service interruption.
Customers agree to:
provide accurate information;
keep login credentials secure;
use services lawfully;
maintain suitable backups unless otherwise agreed;
cooperate with reasonable support requests.
Customers must not use our services to distribute malware, spam, illegal content or material that infringes third-party rights.
You must not use our services to:
commit unlawful acts;
attempt unauthorised access to systems;
transmit malicious software;
send unsolicited bulk email (spam);
interfere with other users or networks;
host illegal or prohibited content.
We reserve the right to suspend services where misuse is suspected.
Installation, consultancy and project work will be carried out using reasonable skill and care.
Completion dates are estimates unless specifically agreed in writing.
Delays caused by third parties, suppliers or customer actions are outside our control.
Where equipment is supplied:
ownership remains with GT Networks until payment has been received in full;
risk passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.
Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
While we aim to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally be affected by:
maintenance;
supplier outages;
internet failures;
power interruptions;
events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
GT Networks shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential losses;
loss of profits;
loss of business;
loss of data;
business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Customers may cancel recurring services by providing notice before the next billing date.
Project work already completed remains payable.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate services where:
invoices remain unpaid;
these Terms are breached;
services are used unlawfully;
continued provision presents a security risk.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier failures, internet outages, industrial disputes or government action.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
