At GT Networks, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality hosting and network services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services purchased from us.
Monthly hosting services are billed in advance.
You may cancel your hosting service at any time by contacting us before your next billing date.
No refunds are provided for partial months once a billing period has started.
Your hosting service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Future recurring payments will be cancelled once your cancellation request has been processed.
Managed services, including network monitoring, maintenance and administration, are billed for the work and availability provided during the billing period.
Refunds are generally not available once managed services have been delivered.
If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Installation, consultancy, configuration, surveys, project work and on-site engineering services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any payments made (excluding any non-refundable deposits or special-order equipment) may be refunded.
Where hardware is supplied:
Faulty products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and your statutory consumer rights.
Unwanted items may only be returned if they are unopened, unused and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Special-order, customised or configured equipment cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
The customer is responsible for ensuring returned equipment is securely packaged.
Software licences, cloud subscriptions, domain registrations, SSL certificates and other third-party services are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated.
This is because these services are provisioned immediately and cannot usually be cancelled with the supplier.
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to credit the funds.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
